The plot is such hooey...and the plot holes so gaping that End of Days proves more exasperating than enjoyable.

While it's fair to call The Usual Suspects a gimmick in search of a movie, one could say something similar of, say, an Agatha Christie mystery.

There’s too much stilted acting here and too little psychological insight to render an interesting, or even credibly true, story of humanity in crisis.
