Abi Morgan & Sarah Gavron—Suffragette—10/16/2015

Director Sarah Gavron and screenwriter Abi Morgan first collaborated on the 2007 film Brick Lane. Gavron also co-directed the documentary Village At The End Of The World. Morgan has penned thirteen plays (including Skinned, Tender and The Mistress Contract) and the screenplays for The Iron Lady, Shame, and The Invisible Woman. She also scored an Emmy for her work on her BBC series The Hour and numerous BAFTA wins and nominations, including a nod for the mini-series Birdsong. The pair discussed their new collaboration on Suffragette (with more team-ups to follow) at San Francisco's Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
